What Does this test Analysis Result Mean?

before surgery of varicocele my total count was 31million motile spermatozoa 30%sluggesh spermatozoa 10%dead sperm are 60% morpology 20%abnormal shapepus cell 3-4/HPF my testical surgery was done on 16.1.2016 after surgery my latest test reports are total count 61 million/ml active 55% sluggish 10% dead 35% morpology 10% pus cells 9-10 Rbc1-2/HPF now how i can i impove my active sperm

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The sperm count of 15 million and above is normal.
Sperm motility above 40% is normal.
Sperms with normal morphology above 4% is considered normal.
So both semen analysis report before and after surgery are within normal limit.
Presence of more than 5 pus cells/hpf as in your 2nd report is suggestive of infection.
I suggest you to consult your healthcare provider for treatment of infection.
